Founded in May 2004, Xi’an Inforange Co, Ltd takes providing European and American end users with outsourcing global commercial service as main business with the kernel of ITO and IT Enabled BPO. Since founding, Xi’an H-Team has grown to be one of representative outsourcing service enterprises in Xi’an. Company has already meet CMMI 3 certification in 2007. Xi’an Inforange focuses on the BPO and ODC services while continue to support client’s current product engineering. Integrated System Application, EDI, and automated testing etc. are examples. Xi’an Inforange has long-term cooperation with multi-national corporations, such as Agilent, Verigy, ADP, Merck, Michelin, Healthvision, and Paxar etc.
To meet customers’ demand of One Stop Service, Xi’an Inforange has been developing an IT Enabled BPO Service Platform. This service platform addresses common challenges in BPO such as intellectual property protection, distributed virtual project management, conformity of process and documentation standards. The platform is known as BP-Openflow ©.
In accordance with the demand of international market changes, Xi’an Inforange set up a service operation which integrates ITO, IT Enabled BPO, engineering resources supply chain and web-based training. Human resources supply chain which domains employment and training has been set up as an independent operation to provide the needed flexibilities.
